I try to include one stand out piece in every outfit I wear and these boots are definitely it. I have become obsessed with buying shoes from ASOS because they have FREE shipping and also the deals are out of this world. I was skeptical about buying shoes online because you are not sure if they will fit but I have been so happy with every pair I have bought thus far. Not to mention, they have guys apparel and shoes and the guys shoes are just as amazing. If you are a guy and you actually read my posts I suggest looking at ASOS for very dapper and sleek shoes. Shopping online isn't just for girls hehe. They ship from the U.K. so that obviously makes them even better. My glasses and earring cuff are actually also from the U.K. When I went to London a couple years back I was introduced to the store Primark where I got this earring cuff. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this store is and I am still waiting for them to come to LA :( Unfortunately, they do not ship over here so if you go to England make sure you go to Primark (boys and girls!) because the deals will have you second guessing if the price tag was accidentally misprinted, but they aren't. I bought my glasses from Misguided U.K. who also has free shipping (at least they did when I ordered stuff) and I think they are so cute. They are a really cool brand who constantly has uber sales. I refuse to pay for shipping so anytime I find a good online store with free shipping I am hooked. Black and denim are a match made in heaven and with printed canvas shoes you want plain colors to help them stand out. This skirt had buttons on it but I thought the buttons were too distracting so I colored them with black sharpie.... you couldn't even tell I bet. I just got it at F21 so I was okay with fixing it because it was so cheap. Whenever I wear something with a high collar I like to pull my hair back to make the top stand out more. Plus, you can't wear a necklace with something like this so substitute that detail with a stand out pair of earrings, or in this case earring. Thanks for reading :) xoxo

March was full of wine and birthdays haha. These hats made a total comeback and while a black one would've looked just as cute, I like to add color and match my sunglasses hehe. I added the white t-shirt under the dress to #1 match my shoes, and #2 make it have more of a school girl look. I like layering tees under things it makes the look more unexpected. Bustier Crop Top: Tilly's Tribal print maxi skirt: Brandy Melville Leather boots: ASOS Charm bracelet: H&M Earrings: Forever 21 Fedora: Forever 21 I love this skirt for one reason and that is the slit going down the side. Maxi skirts can actually be quite awkward if they have a straight hem because then a lot of shoes look weird with it. The slit allows you to wear different style shoes because it is still a long skirt, but it is open enough to see your legs and your shoes clearly. I chose this top because I did not want to use a boring black crop top because I think it is too predictable. I love this top because the color is really pretty and it is made for high-waisted skirts or shorts as such. The zipper in the front and the criss-cross straps in the back are all little details that make it stand out more than a regular top.
