Thrift store galore

Denim shorts: Thrift store  Suede button up: Thrift store Sequined vest: Thrift store Two-finger ring: Thrift store Black boots: Thrift store Bracelet: Tiffany & Co. Socks: Forever 21 I wanted to do a post of an outfit that consisted entirely of clothing items I have bought at thrift stores. If I do say so myself, this outfit is pretty cute for it all being thrifted. I went thrift shopping with Karen last week in Pomona & I bought everything except the shorts. I bought the shorts a couple years back at a thrift shop in Claremont. I did not notice until I got home how the button up, vest, and boots were all great compliments of each other... maybe I bought subconsciously. I gravitate to anything that sparkles so when I saw this vest my eyes literally lit up (it could have just been the sequins reflecting in my eyes). Adding this vest to any outfit instantly takes it up a notch. Button ups are a staple item in any wardro...

Floral Kimono

Floral Kimono: Tilly's  Black Dress: H&M Two-layer neklace: TOPSHOP Cutout ankle boots: TOPSHOP I don't think my obsession with floral print will ever die. I tried for awhile to stop buying it because my entire closet looks like a garden, but that is nearly impossible for me. Especially with summer in full swing, no other pattern is more appropriate at this time. The main reason I liked it was because it's a statement piece (always has to be one) and it is so lightweight and cool for the hot summer days. I especially liked how it was sleeveless as well. I put it over a black dress and paired it with some leather ankle boots from TOPSHOP. I love these boots not only because they are black leather b...

CRAZY PANTS

Black Tee: Cotton On  Boots: ASOS Crescent moon necklace: F21 Turquoise necklace: Charming Charlie Sunglasses: Banana Republic Pants: Roxy Nothing says statement more than these pants, they have to be one of my favorite pairs that I own. Selena, Wendy, and I planned to go to LA and I knew we would be stumbling across this infamous pink wall on Melrose, so of course I planned to wear these pants b/c they have pink in them & I knew they would look cute against the wall (my OCD about matching goes to a whole another level sometimes). I bought these at the Roxy/ Quiksilver store and fell in love with them instantly. I actually think they are meant to just wear to the beach over your bathing suit (because they have that linen feel), but why limit it to that?! I have tried to wear these pants with other combinations of colors to bring out the accents, but nothing looks as good as plain black. To bring out color, I wore two necklaces bu...
